Great news everyone! In one of today’s top stories, mobile phones do not increase the risk of cancer! The results came from a large study involving more than 350,000 people by Danish
researchers. The Scientists from the Institute of Cancer Epidemiology in Copenhagen
looked at people aged at least 30 who subscribed to mobile phone
contracts and compared their rates of brain tumors with non-subscribers
between 1990 and 2007.What they found in the reports was that there were not any detrimental effects of phone use under normal exposures.
A very interesting find indeed, considering it was common myth that cell phones caused cancer. Not to mention that the World Health Organization’s International Agency for Research of Cancer decided cellphone use should be classified as possibly being carcinogenic to humans last May.
Now that scientific studies show the lack of a link between cellphones and cancer, what better reason is there pick up a cellphone and celebrate by giving us a call to talk about your car insurance? Shameless plug? Yes, yes it is.
