With temperatures reaching the high 90′s today, your body is more prone to become dehydrated. If you are feeling thirsty, or your
mouth becomes dry, your body is telling you to re-hydrate. Use these tips to keep hydrated in mind when the weather becomes too hot to handle!

In the morning you are the most dehydrated, so start your day with a glass of water  – even before coffee. Water will help get your blood flowing.

-Drink a glass of water when you get up and another when you go to bed.

-Take regular water break breaks.

-Avoid relying on sodas to provide your fluid needs.

– Try to drink water before and after food. Usually a
half an hour before you eat your meal and half an hour after the meal.
You can drink water with meals, and drink water anytime your body feels
like it.
